By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual property
All content published and made available on this site is the property of Deedee Paris and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of this site.
Any use, distribution, marketing, modification, reproduction of all or part of the deedee-paris.com site without the Publisher's authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and prosecution.
Conditions of registration on the site
When you create an account on our site, you agree to the following:
- that you are solely responsible for your account and the security and confidentiality of your account, including any passwords or sensitive information attached to such account, and
- that all personal information you provide to us through your account is current, accurate and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our site illegally or violate the Terms of Acceptable Use.
DEEDEE PARIS may delete the customer's account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Products
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods offered include:
- custom false nails
The properties linked to this document are the properties which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes any products listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as all false nails are hand painted and as such the items sold may have slight differences from the photos which will not be in no cases considered defects. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.
It is up to the customer to communicate the measurements of their nails for the design of custom-made false nails. Errors regarding these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a change of capsule supplier, the sizing kits will be updated. An e-mail will be sent to all customers with an account on the site to inform them of this change. If the customer does not take the change into account, and orders with the wrong measurements, no claim will be possible.
Price
The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and pounds sterling and are calculated inclusive of all taxes. They will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
The company Deedee Paris grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the products ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
Quotations for custom false nails are valid for one month from the date of issue. After this time, the quote will no longer have any value.
Terms of payment _ _
We accept the following payment methods on this site:

- PayPal
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or any of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer:
- the award of damages
- the cancellation of the order.
In the event that the delivery of the package is subject to the payment of customs fees, these costs will be fully borne by the customer. In case of refusal to pay customs fees, the delivery will not be successful and no refund can be offered by the company Deedee Paris.
Treatment delays
All press on nails orders that do not include nail art are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Press on nails orders including nail art are processed within 5 to 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). These deadlines are effective only after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
In the event of a high volume of orders, lead times may be extended.
The sizing kits will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.

Shipping times vary depending on the country of delivery and also, when possible, the delivery method chosen.
The deadlines will be displayed when choosing the delivery method.
This information is obviously an estimate and deliveries may be delayed due to postal service problems beyond our control.
Shipping costs
For calculated shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Limitation of Liability
Deedee Paris cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, such as an external intrusion, a break in service, or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with the law and case law.
In addition, Deedee Paris and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
Applicable laws
This document is subject to the laws applicable in France with regard to the substantive rules as well as the rules of form and aims to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
Any dispute must first be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
